Tan Seng Giaw – the latest DAP critic to be slammed by Lim dynasty

Now that the quarrel between DAP Secretary General Lim Guan Eng and DAP Kepong MP cum party veteran Dr Tan Seng Giaw is out in the open, the public rift further exposes the father-son dynamics in the Rocket!

Although the full name of DAP is Democratic Action Party, in fact there is no democracy at all.
Any party member who goes against the mainstream figures, will be eliminated.

Even when the Lim father-son team decided to betray DAP’s responsibilities by cooperating with their former nemesis Tun Dr Mahathir Mohammad, this is none other than a dance with wolves heralded into the party’s mainstream decision, whereby any objections to this move could at best remain as whispers.

The Lim father-son pair see DAP as part of their their family business, whereby only their plans maybe deployed. The departure of four elected from DAP Melaka just a few months ago was indeed a milestone.

Whatever voices left in DAP is nothing other than praises for the father-son team. The DAP of today has completely deteriorated from the DAP of the past.

Any disagreement by Guan Eng against Seng Giaw’s Facebook posting about the “depletion of greenery” in Penang, should be resolved within the DAP as they both belong to the same party. Guan Eng claims that Seng Giaw is incommunicado but this allegation was immediately rebutted by Seng Giaw who said there is no problem contacting him by handphone.

Guan Eng, who is the Chief Minister of Penang should be open to whatever remarks the public has about the Pearl of the Orient. However whenever any controversy brews, he tries to silent disallowing any questions it. E.g., his official motorcar, purchasing bungalow below market value, loan from Exim Bank of China, no tender for Peel Avenue land sale to private hospital, and others.

DAP stalwart Lim Kit Siang is famous for criticising alleged government hegemony and dictatorship by Tun Dr Mahathir, but now it is his son who is most hegemonic and authoritarian. The obvious is very apparent now in front of the people.

Guan Eng’s anger against Seng Giaw is comprehensible with a very simple reason – the Kepong MP has just exposed the Bagan MP as trying to conceal the over-development at the expense of the environment in Penang resulting in “bukit botaks” sprouting here and there.

The UK-trained dermatologist was back in Penang last week to attend the 100th anniversary celebrations of Chung Ling High School and had observed that “the coast is changing and Balik Pulau is less green. The population of 850,000 require houses and employment. The priority is to preserve the forest and the green (Dr Tan Seng Giaw Facebook posting 18 June 2017).
