Beginning 1 September 2014, those who wish to join MCA, either by registering online or by submitting the membership application form manually, must undergo a biometric verification process before their membership application can be submitted to the MCA Central Committee for approval.
Prospective applicants can go to the nearest biometric verification centre (BVC) to complete their application process. Please refer to the list below to identify and to contact your respective person(s)-in-charge.
