• 总部将在2008年7月4日或之前发出区会代表名册予各区会三机构主席/秘书及州联委会，以便发出会议通知书。
• 支会三机构执委及代表名单表格供下载用。

• The Party HQ is currently in the midst of collecting and compiling the Lists of  Delegates of all 3 organizations of the Party.
• All Branches are urged to submit the election results of their 3 organizations, including their lists of Divisional Delegates to HQ on or before June 30, 2008.
• The Party HQ will send out all the Lists of Divisional Delegates of 3 organizations to the Chairmen and Secretaries of all Divisions and States on or before July 4, 2008 so as to enable them to send out notices of their respective meetings to the delegates concerned.
• The lists of Office-Bearers and Delegates of all the 3 Branch organizations will also be sent out to be downloaded below:
