No support for PKR candidate even from DAP

Email to Friend

During the nomination process in Ijok today, no DAP leaders were seen giving their full support to Parti Keadilan Rakyat's (PKR) Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim at the nomination centre at the Batang Berjuntai community hall. When looked carefully, DAP flags could not even be seen at Ijok or even near the nomination centre.

This clearly shows that DAP and PKR could not work together towards the same goal as what they claimed in Machap by-election. The opposition parties will only work together when they share the same common interest and they will not sacrifice their own selfish political interest for the benefit of the country.

DAP leaders such as Lim Guan Eng, Lim Kit Siang and Karpal Singh failed to turn up to lend their support to PKR’s candidate during the nomination process. Only PKR and PAS own party leaders such as PKR president Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail and PAS deputy president Nasharuddin Mat Isa led the opposition entourage to the nomination centre. - MCA Online -
