Foreword

The MCA Presidential Council Committee had adopted a resolution at its meeting held on October 16, 2012 to continue awarding RM200.00 to all mothers of newborn babies for the year 2013 with the following conditions:-

Conditions

1. All babies born from January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013 can apply for the said RM200.00 provided that either one of the parents must be accepted as a MCA member.

2. A photocopy for each of the child’s Birth Certificate & MyKid (both sides) together with the MyKads (both sides) of the parents must be enclosed with the application.

3. All application forms and its duplicate documents must duly be verified and endorsed by the Chairman, Deputy Chairman or Secretary of our respective States, Divisions and Branches or Members of Parliament, State Assemblymen, Coordination Officers of the MCA Divisions or the Executive Secretaries of the respective MCA States and Divisions.

4. All completed forms & its duplicate documents must be sent to: MCA HQ (Wanita Section), 8th Floor, Wisma MCA, 163, Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur.

Remarks

1. All cheques will be issued to the mothers concerned via the respective States/Divisions/ Branches after having been verified by MCA HQ.

2. All application forms are to be obtained from MCA HQ, the respective MCA States, Divisions and Branches or may be downloaded free from our website at www.mca.org.my .

3. The application is absolutely FREE of charge.
