DAP exaggerates licence plate issue to divert attention & to trick voters

In an attempt to cover up their own shortcomings and questionable practices in Pakatan-helmed states, DAP and their Secretary-General Lim Guan Eng are trying to divert the public’s attention by exaggerating the issue of MCA Deputy President Dato’ Sri Liow Tiong Lai’s bid for the WWW 15 licence plate.

DAP leaders will do anything to get more votes, and will not hesitate to use any means to slander and create a bad image for MCA and Barisan Nasional.

The motives of DAP in focusing on this license plate issue are questionable as Guan Eng had kept quiet when former Perak Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Nizar Jamaluddin had questioned the Sultan of Johor’s bid for the WWW 1 licence plate. This proves that he practises double standards, and is only planning to fool the public so that he can win their trust.

Besides that, DAP also chooses to keep quiet when their Pakatan friends implement policies which are harmful to non-Bumiputera interest. When this happens, DAP adopts a policy of “don’t know, ignore, and no comment”. These answers are repeated when non-Bumiputera rights are disregarded, such as the 50% Bumiputera housing quota in Kedah, the implementation of religious-based hardline policies in Kelantan, and the land grabs done in Penang.

After their victory in the 12th General Election, Pakatan had betrayed the non-Muslim community by implementing Islamic policies such as banning sales of lottery tickets and alcohol and forcing men and women to sit separately. Even DAP chairman Karpal Singh was ignored when he criticized PAS, as Guan Eng and his party allies are trying to suppress dissent within their party and to sideline those who disagree with them.

Thus, Pakatan, especially DAP, is not qualified to comment on MCA’s contribution to the Chinese community, as even among themselves they cannot solve their own problems. DAP also keeps quiet on corruption which involves Pakatan parties, especially on policies which are harmful to the non-Muslim community. Therefore, their dream of taking Putrajaya is only a fantasy.
