New Membership Application Procedures
- Application of new membership can be made via Branch, Division, State or directly to HQ. (Click here to download the form in .pdf format)
- The Branch, Division, State or the HQ staff shall upon receiving the application, photostated I/Cs, photo and membership fees from the applicants, acknowledge by returning the reply slip attached at the bottom of the form to them.
- Enquiries could be made directly to the HQ if there is no news received after 3 months of applications.
- All applications must be made in the newly prescribed forms and all columns therein must duly be completed. Witnesses to the application shall be held fully responsible for whatever particulars given by him. He is also answerable to HQ for whatever queries that may arise.
