The outcome of the next general election will determine the country’s future, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

He said the country was at a crossroads, and it was vital that Malaysians “make the right turn”.

“This (coming) election is not about Najib, it is about the future of Malaysia,” he said when launching the Malaysian Chinese at a Political Crossroads forum here Saturday.

Najib praised the entrepreneurial spirit of the Chinese, saying the Government was well aware of their contributions to the country and of their needs.

“We are a Government that listens to the people, that listens to you.

“We will continue to listen to the Malaysian Chinese, so long as your demands are fair and reasonable,” he told an enthusiastic audience.
