KUALA LUMPUR: Barisan Nasional has reached a consensus on PAS’ Hudud, says MCA's Datuk Seri Wee Ka Siong (pic).

The party deputy president when met outside the parliament lobby had said MCA had already spoken to Umno Secretary General Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor on the issue.
"He (Tengku Adnan) has already said that Barisan has a consensus on Hudud," he said.
When asked if the consensus was favourable to MCA, he said "of course".
"A consensus means everyone has agreed to it. MCA and everyone else must agree to it.
"You wait and see," he said when asked on the decision of the consensus.
He said that the matter has been raised many times and added that this was "the end time for it to be brought up".
"We reached the consensus on the 23rd of last month. It was a meeting with Barisan Nasional," he said.
PAS leader Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang is set to table a Private Members Bill that is aimed at expanding the powers of the Syariah Court during this session.
